I've been using it for 2+ years now. I think it works great for me. Tenants seem to like it too except I can't get them to use the maintenance request feature consistently.

The biggest complaint most have with is that it takes a couple of days longer to get your funds deposited into your bank account than some of the other paid services. Cozy takes 4-5 business days vs. 2-3 for others. It's a small trade off for a free rent collection service. They let you pay a small fee per transaction if you want the funds sooner.
Also, your tenant can pay by CC (for a 2.75% fee) and theoretically could dispute the charge after the fact but I've never heard this happen. --73.248.xxx.xxx |
