I recently received a landlord verification section 8 application form for someone claiming to live at one of my rentals. Turns out my section 8 tenant let his friend get their mail at his apartment. why do you care? Either report them to your welfare dept. (or whoever administers the food stamp program in your area) and let them handle it or ignore and mind your own business since I'm guessing you're not the landlord nor the defrauder. --72.70.xxx.xx |

Had a resident go to jail a few yeas ago after she applied for assistance and "forgot" to mention that her and her husband reconciled and lived together again.
Best I could figure, the state was able to find out by comparing DMV records to welfare records. --24.101.xxx.xx |
