My previous tenants put some Martin ant killer in the property and now the property stinks. Can't seem to get rid of the smell. Every time we show the place, they'll complain it stinks or it smell.
After painting the place, it still smell. Any suggestions???

I googled " why does Martin ant killer make my house stink" seems like a common issue. Can you remove the product or did it get spread around? Many people report same issue. Otherwise i guess tenant is using this as an excuse to hide their own smelly house. --99.203.xx.xxx |

I searched your issue and learned that some ants have a strong odor, like rotten coconut.
Could your odor problem be the dead ants? They said the ants increase their odor when stressed.
