I have been collecting a 2 x rent value for 6 plus years, so the pet registration fee is first with photo vet records on the breed approved described in vet records, then we hold a place 7-10 days with a (rent value) holding fee that is converted to part of the deposit when the remaining move-in money is paid, we spend 20-30 minutes on lease signing and move-in inspection report and then the keys are tested and we go figure out what we need to fix if anything who and how to do this... I noticed the multiple posts but posted here and forgot an important thing the others did also, the first month is paid in full if they move in on the 4th or the 20th we then pro-rate the second month amount only - this way it saves them money in the second month when they determine they want color matching drapes or waste baskets cause they finally unpacked the ones from the old house and they just won't blend in. --76.188.xxx.xx
