Any experience with Cozy.co as property management software? Didn't hear Cozy.co mentioned during recent Mr Landlord Convention. Wondering if it's good but only up to a certain number of units? Or not good? Any feedback? Thank you.

I use Cozy to collect my rents by automatic bank transfer. No fees, but they are pretty slow to put the money into my account after taking it out of the tenant's account, so I guess the float is how they make a profit from that service. It was easy to raise rents and set up a new, higher payment for my tenants. I haven't used any of their other services. --73.231.xxx.xxx |

I have people using it. Works fine. But as CDM stated takes about 1 week for money to hit your account (using ACH) when the tenant pays. But when it is in your bank account it includes the last name of the tenant on your bank statement so you know who paid if you have same rent amounts.
Also, You can see that the tenant did initiate payment, it will say "payment in progress". So you can at least know that the payment was sent and not forgotten.
That is all I use it for, rent collection. I use the screening service on this site since it is cheaper. --68.61.xx.xxx |
