Reporting GOOD credit? (by Ron [MD]) Posted on: Jun 13, 2019 5:23 PM Message:
I have a tenant who'd like to eventually buy a house.
Since she always pays her rent on time, she's asked me if I can report this to the credit bureaus, so as to improve her credit report.
Is there a way for a landlord to do this?
Thx.
Ron

If her credit is good, then she doesn't need you to report anything.
"Good" credit means absence of derogatories.

ClearNow actively reports on-time rental payments after the first 90 days of payments to help build resident's credit history. ClearNow also reports delinquent payments. --67.164.xxx.xxx |

If you decide to give Clearnow a try, which is one of the long time sponsors of this site, mention MrLandlord.com when you call and for the first 3 months, there are no fees to you at all for trying the service. --172.58.xxx.xx |
