Thank you, Mr. Landlord Convention in Cleveland! Now implementing 101 new ideas and rental business is taking off.
During the convention, a particular brand of vinyl plank for $1.69 per SF was mentioned. In my notes, I wrote it down as Arora, vinyl plank, light oak. Unable to find on the internet!!! Hoping someone can clarify the BRAND, SKU, WHERE SOLD.
Will definitely be back for next year's convention! Best money ever spent.

Our favorite Allure color is "Brushed Oak Taupe." A very variegated color (greys and browns and blacks) that goes with most color schemes. It has to be ordered online at homedepot.com.
But a close second is an in-stock color Brushed Oak, I think it is. Again, grey-ish/brown-ish colors. --50.82.xxx.xx |

It's not the color I'd pick if I was putting something together for HGTV, but Allure Country Pine works best as a flexible/neutral/middle-of-the-road color, and is one of the more affordable colors. It's a busy enough pattern that marks, if they happen, are difficult to see. It's been very durable so far; the only real tenant damage has been from people dropping their cigarettes and burning a hole in it-- in a non-smoking house. But it's been very scuff-proof, which I'm pleased with, and dumb things like gum or paint scratch off. (Paint removal requires a little effort, due to the texture.) --96.46.xxx.xx |

Just regular oak is one of my favs, sedona is a mild yellow - ashlar is a blend of blue/gray and the later cost a bit more but they go well with natural wood when the oak is just not gonna blend. --76.188.xxx.xx |
