My first step is to knock on their door and ask “Why are the police asking so many questions about you?” They usually leave that night.

Pay an off suty cop $50 to knock on their door and “chat”.

If not, simply file for eviction.

Check your state law but in MY state I do not have to accept a remt payment which makes their rent unpaid.

I gave a 30 day notice yesterday but want them to vacate handily avoiding the cost and exposure of court. It looks like they're so poor, and a food bank/church is right next door. They intend to remain and nosh off the community pantry and me default on credit. The inside and outside of the house is a pig stye, they have v. few skills and the woman has competency issues. She's in touch with someone who accesses the surveillance network for stalking and blackmail. --24.74.xxx.xx

Make sure you include the tenants name who let them in the house on the eviction,i would try to contact the previous tenant and tell them they are legally responsible for rent and damages still.Also try this,these type people cant handle the pressure so when I have this problem I stop by the house 2-3 times a day and knock on the door to bother them,remain nice so they have no reason for the cops to help them but just be a pest everyday several times and they will move within a week usually --72.231.xxx.xxx

Having an off duty cop knock is worth a try but how does someone find an off duty cop, by calling in on the radio swap shop?

Thx for reminding me about the previous tenant since her mother called and conditionally demanded me mail a copy of her lease voided. I have their cell numbers and Kannapolis

address.

The rental's 5 miles fr my place and I don't have wheels but the grounds keeper might consent to be a gadfly in the ointment in this instance or not, maybe. He's a bad grandad AR dude. --24.74.xxx.xx
