Hi Louis!

Donna Bauer spoke on this at National Convention.

She has a great course.

Basically a note is an IOU for a debt. If Joe owes me $50,000 and we have that on paper (a "note"), I might sell that IOU to you for $40,000 to get some quick cash while you collect $50,000 from Joe.

If there is interest on that note you will profit the $10,000 plus years of interest while Joe pays it back.
