I just made a pre screen Google form questionnaire so I don't waste my time and have been very happy with it. Thanks to the group for this info!
Great way to ask the same questions to everyone without going crazy ha.
My question is with the application would I basically do the same thing with this?
Use Google forms to build one?

This rent prep video walked me through it. Cost is free. I'm not a computer person and it was easy.
Tenant pre screening survey using Google forms is the video on YouTube by rent prep.

I don't think google will let you capture SSN's on the form. You'd have to have them complete everything else and then call them to get the SSN. --209.122.xx.xxx |

The online form is helpful for pre-showing screening, you get rid of many tire kickers using the form, then when they meet the basics you get them to fill out the credit/background check and pay the application fee. --76.188.xxx.xx |

Yes, you can collect SSNs on a Google form. I use Google Form for my "free" online app prior to sending them to our background check service, which does NOT give me their SSN.

Been using jotform for about 6 yrs. Love. They fill it out, shows up in your email. Just started to add where they submit two recent paystubs. Cut down on tire kickers and stream line my process. --107.77.xxx.xxx |

Yes Tommy. They can upload files. Two paystubs. Helps speed up my process. I see the application and paystubs, can determine if they are qualified fairly quick. The tire kickers that don't make much, won't be filling out the apps when they need submit paystubs. --73.22.xxx.xxx |
