Signed the lease with the hard working single mom today. I only required that she pay the SD and the first month's rent. She paid July's rent as well. She's appears to be one of these immigrant types who likes to pay in advance. I have another one in the building who behaves the same way. That one pays her rent a week prior to the first of the month. If I could fill all of my rentals with folks like this, I'd be golden.
