I was by my property today prepping for the new tenant and knocked on the door of an existing tenant to drop off some stuff. She doesn't speak english and I didn't have my phone to translate so I just dropped the stuff off and used hand gestures to explain and just thought it was weird that she was saying she doesn't speak english as I already knew that. I went to get my phone so I could talk with her and she tells me she's her sister's twin. She was apparently there to watch the tenant's little girl. Obviously looks the same and has the exact same mannerisms of the tenant.
This is a good tenant, so I don't expect any problems. But can you imagine a tenant moving their evil twin in on you? How would you know?

Oh it has been tried and it worked on me once, stole the drivers license and social number for the ap, found out after move out and 9,000 damages, they both worked for the same company but the info I had was the brother who was 40 lbs heavier, the facial photo did not show this, could not garnish the right one, darn it anyway. --76.188.xxx.xx |

Fun-nee!
I rented to one of a triplet set. One sister moved on next door.
They would stand on the porch to yell to each other
- friends, just load people before cellphones and text.
No one could tell who was yelling first because they sounded the same!
Never met the third one. But then again, maybe I did without knowing!
