We have been using it since the first of the year. We like it. We especially like the fact that we now have most of our tenants on the electronic payments of rent. The ones that don't want to use the electronic payments are assessed a fee to process their paper payments. BUILDIUM does all the electronic tracking of payments, so we know who has paid and who hasn't, and even keeps our "checkbook" by adding the payments automatically. So the ones that pay by paper payments cause us having to go to the Post Office, Bring the payments back to the office to account for, and then a trip to the bank - HENCE the fee.
The really neat feature you can use within the system is that it reminds the ones who haven't paid EVERY day by e-mail. HAHA!

Yes we use the tenant portal aspect. We can see when a resident last signed in, they can submit maintenance requests, we can send blanket announcements to the residents, and also send individual e-mails for rule violations, 10 day notices, etc.

I use it...mainly for the bookeeping side... I need to roll out the rest of it.
Pros: has helped me turn the corner on double entry accounting, great customer support
Cons: prices keep going up...this is frustrating, becuase the more you use it, the more they can lock you in --216.130.xx.xxx |
