I have attended my local Apartment Associations’ bootcamp a couple of times, and Mr landlord conference just once, this week will be the second time. Both were very valuable, but offered different things. Conference really helped amp up my motivation to get some things done that I had been stalled on. Biggest ‘moment’ for me at Mr landlord conference was listening to Jeffrey Taylor speak about overcoming the obstacles. That might not be important for others, but I have a spouse who was very against me having rentals.

At conference, there was a lot of valuable information shared over lunches, dinners, and in the evenings, in discussions with other landlords. Hearing other ways of doing things, other ways of thinking was valuable. --70.92.xxx.xxx

If you can only do Mr LL Conference or Mr LL Bootcamp this year go to the bootcamp. Then next year go to the conference. My two cents worth. --70.182.xxx.x

Having been to both, you need them both. One is methodology based in investing strategy - it is a buffet of tools for your tool kit. The other is technique in managing your units --72.23.xxx.xx
