People ask me all the time how to grow their business. My answer: Get to National Convention! Knowledge is power and profit. Motivation comes from other people. You cannot "get" motivation at your desk. It comes from being around other people doing the same thing you are, experiencing the same problems you are. Can't charge a battery from a dead battery.
Wifey was not sure about this biz but came along to our first conference. I was perturbed she was not sitting in the session, BUT she was in a chance "counseling session" in the hall with a presenter's wife who took the time to encourage her. That sealed her in and energized her to join our business. SHE started buying houses! We bought 14 that year.

Regretfully, this will be the 1st time in 4 years I will not be attending. But I've got a good "WHY"...
Taking the family to Florida one our "Debt Free" celebration/vacation. For the past decade, my family has been working Dave Ramsey's Baby Steps, and in Dec 2018 we paid off our house and hit Baby Step 6b-Debt Free except for rental property. So we're loading up the tribe and heading to Disney, Universal Studios, and the beach for a week of fun. Had to schedule it last year around July to get the accommodations we wanted, and the timing with kids getting out of school this week and wanting to avoid some of the super busy post-Memorial Day weekend were too much to past up.
