Sometimes we get concerned about tenants suing us into oblivion for every little thing. While I would never suggest for us to do something illegal or unsafe and to follow that law always and provide quality service....these are just too funny not to share:

Funny and sad.

So many fools wanting to highlight the fact.
I remember reading about a guy who borrowed his neighbor's mower. For some reason he decided it was a good idea to stick his hand under the mowing deck while it was running and somehow it caused injury. Who knew?
