The legal clerk guy may get beat out by another high earning roomer. I placed a guy who makes $ 50,000 into a room about a month ago. That one doesn't have a car and needed to be on a bus line to his job (license is suspended). This new one works 7 days a week and makes $ 55,000 and is looking to move back into the area. He lives and works in NJ. He's moving here to be closer to his children so he must be divorced or separated. Looking at FB, he has three sons and I'm betting his child support obligations are heavy. He must be renting a room now because he's only paying $ 500 a month in northern NJ. If that's the case, he may be a long-term renter. I have another roomer in the same situation and he's a long termer going on two years. I'll find out more when I meet him later today.

Alcoholic lost his license so needs to be walking distance to work. I had one of those apply. Possibly he owes so much in child support and alimony (must have been really BAD husband), He may have paperwork from his 50K job in NJ but probably found a lesser job in PA. My guess he is either getting out of NJ to avoid paying something or avoid some kind of penalty. Maybe he has a restraining order on him or he has a new girl friend in PA. Maybe he needs an alibi. The applicant has transportation, but it's not going to work out. He's getting divorced and was looking for a short-term stay of like 3 weeks. That doesn't work for me. --209.122.xx.xxx |
