Is there a tutorial of any kind showing how to set up an online form for pre-screening of tenants? I did a search and didn't find one.
I've seen folks here mention that they also have applications that can be filled out online. Can anyone point me in the right direction? --47.41.xxx.xxx |

I use a google form to pre-screen. Very easy to setup. There's a spreadsheet you can link to it as well to summarize responses. Very effective time management tool. For applications, I use a on line service. I mail a link to the applicants and they complete on line and pay the service directly. I used to give them a paper app and wait while they completed it. I set up a website and set up a form on it. They submit the form and it goes to my email. I like this approach because I can set the fields as required input. For the application, I use a third party service online. --72.209.xxx.xxx |

With CL or Zillow affiliates you can remain anonymous by simply having them send you an email through their relay system without them seeing your personal email. Then you simply can cut and paste your document when you reply back to their inquiry. Very simple! --24.20.xxx.xxx |

I ask about their animals, their income, their move in time frame, where they currently live, how much they are paying now, why they are leaving, number of adults, number of vehicles, their jobs/time on job, smokers?, past evictions and felonies, if they have move in funds on hand. --24.20.xxx.xxx |
