I am looking for a one time cost to me water / sewer utility billing software program. I am using Rent Right property management software which is no longer in business. I have a master water meter which the city charges me for total water and sewer fees by the quantity used. I have individual water meters for each apartment which I read the usage monthly and charge the tenant accordingly. I want to find a utility billing software that I can purchase that includes this capability and worse case a spreadsheet with the formulas to achieve this. --65.183.xxx.xx
