LLC's get expensive to hold in my state. One solution is...
House owned by trust. Trustee is an LLC. Beneficiary is a nominee trust.
LLC doesnt own anything just runs the business. Family trust holds the dough.

What about an LLC formed in another state like Delaware or Texas? Then wouldn't you just owe for taxes on the rental only?
Texas LLCs are cheap and they don't have to file a return. Franchise tax is $0 until the LLC brings in over $1M in sales. --108.69.xxx.xxx |
