I have one ceramic floor tile that has several chips I want to cover up. The tile is beige with almost orange-ish undertone so I'm not going to get a perfect color match but I want something close.
There are a number of these hardening products available online where you can mix different colors to specification. I don't know if any of these really work since often these type of products turn out to be junk. Before I spend the money, does anyone have experience with this or a specific brand of product that they recommened? thanks --72.188.xxx.xxx |

Sometimes I'll find a tile store with old stock or a contractor with extra tiles. Tying to match the color isn't easy. Once I tool a tile to a paint store and had them mix up an epoxy garage floor paint. Then I used it to touch up cracks and chips.
Another method is to use a diamond round saw and remove a plug and install a round contrast color in a pattern....Good luck. --47.156.xx.xx |
