I've been told you can only ask for DOB as an identification method, not an age method. There's another Doogie in my town, so you have to run background on the correct one. Don't ask for age directly.
Interestingly enough (as a total side note), in the town I used to live in, there was also another Doogie that also had parents with the same name. That was a weird phone call I got one day! --72.209.xxx.xxx |

DO NOT ask for age because then it could be viewed as "discriminatory" if you don't accept them. However, as the others stated - you can ask for their DOB. Do the math.

never had an issue this includes minors.
