well, Denton has now published preliminary values. my home is apparently worth 60% more than it was 4 years ago. my rentals range 45% > 55%....values down each year in TX. I tabulated the changes. one time when I was disputing the appraiser said he would buy a house for what I said it was worth. next time I am asked that I will say cut me a check now & it’s yours.

Looks like your county is trying to keep up with Tarrant. I have been up to wise county twice this week looking for land, so when I get taxed out of my primary I wouid have a place to go. Perhaps I need to go up one more county? --75.141.xxx.xxx |
