I'm looking for a property manager in Columbus, Ohio; not wild about my current one who was recommended to me by a landlord. What's are some ideas on how to find a good one? I have thought about finding someone I know and trust but I'd have to train them which doesn't excite me. Thank you..!!

Perhaps come to the MrLL convention in May... near you. Maybe someone will come along with a few recommendations. Why dont you want to continue to use the one you have now? --99.203.xx.xxx |

I have a house turning over and I can't find out whats going on. Supposedly they were going to court, it may be empty and that makes me nervous plus, I'm losing money. Lack of communication to sum it up. Also, I don't like their website where supposedly you can get the big picture.
I can spend $100 in 5 minutes on Amazon and I can spend 30 minutes on their website and still not know what's going on. --75.187.xx.xx |

Why not visit the court web site, ask the neighbors or even ask the tenants? --76.188.xxx.xx |
