Hello Brad. I have been around for a couple years and had always enjoyed your informative posts. I was thinking of getting your lease and had a couple of questions if you have time.

Has it been updated lately and will future updates come to me?

Would your lease apply nicely to Kentucky?

Is there some sort of way of seeing it before I buy it so I know what I am buying?

Do I still buy it from this website?

Any other things you can tell me about the lease would be great. I am looking for a master lease that covers every knucklehead I have.

I bought the lease and his other info discs from this site about 1 year ago. Some parts of it needed to be modified as it cites IN law in some parts but overall it was a big step up from what I was using. I ended up just incorporating sections/wording from his into my own.

Highly recommend buying it. It is quite affordable.

I will answer carefully to not break the forum rule about selling stuff. Because you asked directly I will describe a product Jeffrey sells on this site. Click above on BOOKS, Product # CDB1, or search for keyword BRAD.

He sells it as CDs or USB. Must specify.

It is the exact lease I use with my name left blank. There is none better! In WORD so you can edit and also in PDF.

It is designed to head off problems before they happen by orienting the new resident, gives you a policy guide to solve problems, AND incorporates creative ways to increase your rental income such as weekly rent, Early Lease Termination Fee, septic tank fee, shed rent, appliance rent, alarm rent, Non-Refundable Animal Registration Fee, and many more.

Cheaper than a single visit to an atty.
