For those of you looking for some type of water monitor check out the the Phyn Plus. A little pricey at $850 but it will monitor the water usage from every fixture by its signature. That way it will know if there is a leak vs a long shower. It will predict if a freeze is coming. It will total the water use. One of the very smart products that let you monitor a whole house or even a multi-unit with one installation.

Linda, recently I've seen these systems featured in several of my builder magazines. It seems amazing that these systems can narrow down the potential leakage to individual fixtures. Judging by some of the feedback, I think they are still in their "need to work out the issues when used in the real world" stage. In time I'm sure they will become less expensive & more user friendly. --96.237.xx.xx
