I am signing a lease on my last vacancy tomorrow. For as long as I can remember, I have had someone move as soon as I'm full. I think the longest I went full was 2 weeks, maybe in the last 5 years. It has been as soon as 24 hours after being full before when someone gives notice.
It's one of the weird Murphy's law LL things, like it being inevitable that you will get an emergency call while on vacation or the day before you leave. Or the disasters that come in 3's.
I have 2 guesses as to who it will be this time. --50.107.xxx.xxx |

It is March 26. My leases end either May 1, June 1 July 1 or august 1. Thus if someone tells me they're moving, either I get 2-3 months ELT or I keep their deposit. cha-chng! --144.250.xx.xx |
