Jeffery I just wanted to say thanks again for all your training! Since last year conference do more with less we have made some significant changes to our business again. Every year we get something that moves our needle in the right direction! We literally have made hundreds of Thousand of dollars more since we have started attending your training over the past four years! Since last years conference we sold 7 rental properties that were free and clear and leveled up. We have really just changed what we're willing to tolerate. I tell the folks that we mentor you start screening your residents from the moment you purchase the property. Moving from C to B+ properties is giving us more time and freedom.
