Apt. Didnt pass inspection twice,unit went into abatement and passed inspection on 12-13-18,therefore,the partial HAP payment for 12-1 -12-12-18 will not be issue. I recieved a 3 day notice and I was delinquent rent that I needed to pay them 223.00 from 1'01-19 to 1-31-19. HACSB 474.00 instead of 749.00. I pay my portion of 301.00 so they have been overcharging me.My portion should be 260.00. Housing said I was responsible for any HACBS portion of rent during the abatement period. They got payed full amount u

for January. 19. It's Dec. Then manager wanted me to Sign papers for Nov. So they can be paid. That .y Apr was fix. That are because it passed the third inspection on 12-13-19. Housing. Went to talk to them they ignored and would not speak to them.How can I collect money that owe to me. They want to to court.
