I own a pest control business. Today a LL called me to treat one of his units for roaches. I went to the apartment and the tenant let me in. She explained that she got up in the middle of the night and saw a bunch of roaches so she grabbed whatever she could find and started spraying them. What do you think she grabbed? Hairspray? Nope. Bleach? Nope. How about a can of black spray paint? Yuuuup! She sprayed black paint all over the place.....counters, cabinets, appliances, walls, floors....bahahahaha! Tell her there are roaches all over the wall...she can paint the walls for the LL. LOL
I am a home inspector...and once I saw red caulking around a tub....BRIGHT red. I asked the homeowner about it and she said it was lipstick. Her tub was leaking water into the basement and she could not afford caulk so she used a lipstick color she didn't like.
