Roll call - invest types

Trying to get a feel for what everyone here invests in. My guess based on what I see is most of us do SFH....maybe some -plexes....only a few that do apartments or get into other things.

If I may request a favor: try to stick with these if you can. Just put the letters in your response if you CURRENTLY or RECENTLY (<2 years) have owned one or more of this kind of unit:

SFH = Single Family House

PLEX = Duplex/TriPlex/Fourplex

SAPT = Small apartment (5 - 40 units)

MAPT = Medium apartment (41-100 units)

LAPT = Large apartment (100+ units)

COM = Commercial (retail, storage units office space, restaurant, mixed use residential & commerical)

MOB = Mobile homes/Trailer Park (land and/or trailers)

LND = Unimproved land or land with basic utilities only

OTH = Something that doesn't fit the above....give us a little info on what it is.

So, for example, if I were to respond to my own post, I would only put...

"SFH, PLEX and LND"

I own mostly single family houses, a few duplexes, a 4-plex, and recently had a vacant city lot from a tax lien sale.
