I have been finally looking into electronic document signatures and doing all lease-signings via e-mail. I'm a little late to the party.

I have looked at several solutions, and was wondering what you guys prefer.

I have just started using pdfiller at $72 per year, and so far, so good. About 10 lease signings have gone really well, a few glitches (my fault) but overall really good. --50.82.xxx.xx

WMH: Thanks for mentioning the price of pdffiller. I use e-sign since it's a "perk" from the Realtor Assoc. I've recommended PDFfiller numerous times but could never find a price.

You do realize you could buy Adobe Acrobat Pro for a little more than your annual subscription and have a lifetime of unlimited number of signings and never have to pay again. --71.75.xx.xx

I stand corrected. You can buy a new Acrobat Pro disc for under $50 with lifetime usage on Ebay. It will also allow you to create forms in addition to unlimited e-signing plus 100 different features.. --71.75.xx.xx

NC Investor, I have no problem signing with Adobe. It's my TENANTS that sometimes have issues. PDFiller is usable from their phones. Adobe can be an issue. --100.36.xx.xxx
