If someone can tell how reliable is National Real Estate Insurance Group that advertise through MrLandlord?

I talked to the representative at the convention and was under impression that they are known how to operate businesslike.

Contacted them a week ago and give all information for a new property I want to buy. In a follow up email all information that was possible to mess up was messed up ( starting with a property type and continue with wrong address, price and terms).

I replied with the corrected information and still waiting for a week when someone will contact me again . Nothing yet...

If someone have any experience with them when it is a real claim? --174.203.xx.xxx
