I love National Convention!

I can mark the increases in our income to ideas I learned at Convention each year.

I LOVE seeing the friends we’ve made over the years.

I LOVE meeting Q&A folks who I’ve “talked with online”.

I LOVE being inspired by stories and ideas by the speakers, yes...but the REAL impact comes from the stories and grit from the attendees - the folks we sit by, eat next to, stand in line with...THAT’s impossible to get anywhere else.

I’m a seminar junkie, attending a few each year (x40 years!) and Jeffrey’s is the BEST! The people, the set up...class and vslue all the way! I guess that’s why I hate to go to bed - I don’t want each day to end.

It’s the difference between WATCHING the Superbowl on tv or BEING in the stadium when your team wins. Nothing beats BEING THERE.

I was so broke I used to sleep in my car and eat apples, crackers, and peanut butter just so I could get around Millionaires and hope something would rub off.

I know several multi-millionaires who will be attending but they are just average folk who got educated and got busy. YOU can too! Meet the people around you at Convention and be amazed!

Whatever it takes, get your bod in a seat! Call in sick (cough cough!), pile 6 people in the car to share gas and motel (our record in 9! In a scrimpy motel room!) drive thru the night, prop your eyelids open with toothpicks...WHATEVER IT TAKES tomreachnyour DREAM.

A multi-gazillionaire taught me When the DREAM is big enough the facts don’t count! You’ll overcome the “facts”.

Convention can move you to the next level, whether beginner or old pro.

See you in St Louie!

Brad, you are so inspirational, but so right!

Last year my husband took 14 working shifts in 10 days before the convention to be able to come. --69.120.xxx.xxx

Days off have been scheduled for a month. Hotel booked the 1st day it was announced. Coffee...well, that hasn't been brewed yet, but it'll be strong! Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

See everyone Wednesday evening! --173.19.x.xxx

Hard to believe our first Convention was 2010 and DH was able to quit his W2 job in 2012 as a direct result. We thought our income level then was just FINE for retirement...

Since then we have acquired I think 14 more units for a total of 30 doors. Stick a fork in us we are finally done LOL!

But still learning how to DO LESS and MAKE MORE! --50.82.xxx.xx

This is a great event, for any on the fencers! I went to my first convention, at the last minute and slept in a rental house, which was in the middle of a remodel and didn't have running water or electric!

It was well worth it and proved to be a greatly valuable experience! Show up! Do what you've got to do to make it happen! --173.24.xxx.xxx

I wish I could go! My student leases end on May 25th and start again on June 1 so it's always the busiest time of the year. Maybe one year they could change the dates for us student landlords :-) - Bill --173.63.xxx.xxx

Bill, we wish you could join us. Maybe one year you can make one of my bootcamps because one of the biggest goals of my trainings is to help landlords (student landlords included) NOT have to be chained to their properties and have the freedom to allow you to go wherever you wish to go at any time of the month or year:). --172.58.xxx.xxx

I do get all of my leases signed by January, so it's not like I'm chained, but I really do like to get into the properties the day after they are moved out (May 26th) to walk through for security deposit, and see what work needs to be done by May 31, before move in on June 1. The tasks I mentioned are some of the last things I could envision contracting out to someone else.

But I really do hope to make it happen one day. If not the National Convention, then something else. I know I could learn so much. Thanks for your concern!!
