Real estate in the world’s 2 biggest financial centres is stalling

The article is about the markets in London and NYC. NYC is now a renters market and a lot of that has to do with price exhaustion IMO. Indirectly, my area in Northeastern PA is a beneficiary of high rents in NYC and Northern NJ as people flee those areas. This is like a canary in a coal mine. I remain convinced that the place to invest is rentals with moderately priced rents. They'll be filled by those downsizing from high rent districts as well as the regular C class tenant.
