DH & handyman had request for investigation of electrical problem (kicked breaker) and odor investigation (sewer smell). Shower drain had come loose under house, no idea how.
In process of covering all complaints on same trip, question came up about why curtains were blowing out from windows on a windy cold day? DH replied, well they are insulated windows, it would help if you closed them all of the way & locked them! He went around & checked all of them for her. Are we good to our tenants or what?
I would have been embarrassed if it had been me, but he said she didn't seem fazed by it.
Can't make this stuff up! --71.51.xxx.xxx |

Genius,,, I'm a genius! at least that is what they told me. Blowing curtains are even worst! --173.127.xxx.x |
