State Specific Question About: TENNESSEE (TN)

Is there a standard form to use for raising the rent on a month to month? --96.33.xx.xx

Whatever time-frame your state requires for notice is of most importance, and then, what does your lease say? You cannot violate either of those two & if correctly set forth they're identical. As far as a form standard, nope. --76.97.x.x

Gotta check your state and local tenant rules, have you opened for business (like ante up in a 50k card game) without knowing the rules, I suggest printing and loading into a 3ring binder, flip the book over for the state rules so they do not get mixed up and you have your starting book on running a rental unit, good for many more within same local area. --76.188.xxx.xx
