If you go to a website like Zillow, you can plug in your area--- Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, Marietta, wherever.
Filter "for rent" to get rid of everything for sale.
You can also filter "rental type", and select condos, apartments, townhomes, and/or houses.
You can also filter by price point. So select $1,000 for your max to weed out everything more expensive than that.
Then, look at the map, and start making decisions based on proximity to where you need to be, versus size of the unit, versus the price point. Toggle your criteria to change your options. --96.46.xxx.xx |
