State Specific Question About: NEW HAMPSHIRE (NH)

A tenant paying weekly rent is now two weeks behind. When I give the 3rd demand for rent, can I evict ONE WEEK after the tenant has been served? --208.64.xxx.x

I am not sure how weekly rent vs monthly rent would be dealt with. RSA 540:9 is where it addresses that paying what is due plus the $15 before the expiration on the demand letter can not be used to defeat an eviction for non-payment more than 3 times in a 12 month period. Someone in our landlord group was going to court this week to use this but on monthly rent. I won't know until next month how it worked. --73.253.xxx.xxx
