We have a single detached car garage (separate from the Loft we also own in the same complex). The garage has dry wall finish (unpainted) and concrete floor, it's very clean and has a garage door opener with a key pad and remote control- a nice unit. Garage produces around $100 in income each month. We paid $10K for it 8 yrs ago. We pay tax on it separately from the Loft we own on the property. We've had it rented since day one.

We were given a verbal offer on this unit from a buyer for $17K - we are trying to figure out if it makes sense to sell the extra garage outright or to sell it with the Loft which we also plan on selling this Spring.

The loft includes one covered parking space already - this unit is detached and separate from the Loft structure.

Would you sell separate or together?! Would this be a good deal given the market conditions? My wife thinks it's a good deal and I think it's low.

Don't know of any other units for sale individually - don't know whom else to ask.

I am assuming as a seperate building it carries power alone, I am sure if that is the case and a parcel by itself it would command higher rent and purchase price.
