I believe the benefit in a Wyoming llc is that the principles identities are clouded/hidden. However, I think to hold real property is going to be a pita to use. Foreign LLC registration and bookkeeping might outweigh the benefits.

Make sure you also buy liability insurance on property, or get liability attached to homeowner's policy on rental in LLC. Must have a big target for lawyers to focus on inside the legal entity or they'll try to pierce it and go after personal. --99.125.xxx.xxx |

Most lawyers would sue the individual owner, and the LLC. I wonder if they would supoenna bank records to show money transfers to the personal account from the LLC --74.106.xx.x |
