State Specific Question About: WISCONSIN (WI)

Has anyone tried adding an addendum to a lease concerning moving cars for plowing? Our expenses are huge this year and because tenants don't park on one side and then the other he can only plow down the middle! --67.184.xxx.xx

An agreement won't make them use common sense and come out when they hear him,I used to plow my own and would just leave the plow on and come when when they were gone to clean up,this year I am paying someone since I sold that truck and he does it as best he can and that is it,I can't really expect him to wait around for them to get outside, clean off there cars and move them,so it is not as nice as it used to be but come april it will melt --24.92.xx.xxx

What kind of slumlords are you people? I keep saying you should have heated drives and walkways. And little blankets for their cars. Tenants are entitled you know. ;-) --24.156.xx.xx

Our group of princesses didn't move their one of vehicles for for the first storm, or the second, or the third. But the only one it was inconveniencing was them as those two spots are tucked between two buildings. So they had to tow their vehicle out.

Our plowman calls about 1/2 hour ahead of time and then we call the tenants to tell them to move. We usually have great cooperation from the tenants. This gives them time to get moving and get the cars cleaned off. --70.16.xx.xxx

well if you are not going to build heated garages for your tenants, then I would at least get each one a snow shovel as a Dec Gift! Geez you'd think you are incharge of the amount of snow that falls and the parking rules of the neighborhood/city. --184.239.xxx.xxx
