Lisa, I see, and appreciate your point, however, I think there are only sites that are for bad reporting. It would certainly be nice to have a site for good tenants, as I would definitely report good ones.
I think it would be a "good point" to report good tenants. The good ones should have better attention than the bad ones, as is the case with most things.

Lisa, YES, there is a way to report when good tenants make on-time payments. When landlords use the direct rent deposit service by Clearnow, which is one of the sponsors on this site, all the residents "good" on-time payments are reported EACH month to one of the three big credit bureaus. There is a benefit to the residents, because it can help them to improve their credit. This is an extra selling point to offer to your residents to have their rent payments automatically drafted every month.
Having your residents agree to have payments automatically drafted is a BIG benefit to the landlords who won't have to worry about whether residents will make their payments. In addition, because their residents know that if any rent payment bounces and hereby becomes a late payment or non-payment, this too is also reported to the credit bureau. It therefore gives an added incentive to the resident to make sure there is always sufficient income in their account and your rent is paid. Let say, I did not find my possible tenant in a "good tenants" list. Will I throw his application out? Will it really mean he is a bad tenant? Sure not. And what if I will find his name in a list? Will it really mean he will be a good tenant?
From other point, if I will find his name in a list of bad tenants, I would definitely look for somebody else.

I agree with Jeffrey. It is about perspective. I want tenants to know that I'm here to help them as well as report them when they are late. I'd rather encourage good behavior. I have some good tenants that need help with their credit score and an looking for a way to help them.
