State Specific Question About: NEW HAMPSHIRE (NH)

Hello LL's! Long time, no blog. Good News - My new tenants have worked out just fine and I have realized my dream of collecting rent from the mailbox on the first, every month. Better news - I may soon be working for a professional property management company in NH! I am wondering if any of you have properties in both states, and what are the major differences between them?
