State Specific Question About: ILLINOIS (IL)

Looking for a new lease. My rentals are in IL. Any suggestions?

Also looking for move-in forms regarding deductions taken from SD. A "price chart" idea. Showing how much it will cost for damages, starting prices.

What area are you in?

I would suggest going to local LL association. Prices fluctuate way to much based upon area, and on the County for the rules.

Crook County is a different deal than everywhere else! So, I'd ask around locally to start. Then tweak it.

As for a price sheet- make one. See what they can break, find out what it costs to replace it/ fix it, then double that. --24.245.xx.xx
