I don't know where you are in WI, -I'm on the IL/WI line and have several properties in Kenosha County. Around this area, roads were closed and impassable -open only to emergency vehicles. No one is supposed to be out driving around!

I have all SFH homes, so snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant. Are you talking about plowing your places? Are they apts? Are you getting calls from tenants? --75.4.xxx.xx

I had my apt complexes open down the lanes by noon yesterday. Sidewalks done too. We had a snow emergency until 7PM yesterday. Today, I go back and clean up the car spots now. --67.236.xxx.xxx

Well unless you are in that tiny pocket in south east WI that got hit hard, it wasnt the biggest snow ever. Now to your question, if you hire someone to plow for you and they cant get to you, there is nothing you can do. If the tenants have an emergency and need to get out, have them call 911.

If you do the plowing, again, if you cant get to the house because the roads are closed or inpassable, then you have to wait untill time that you can get there.

It was a bad storm but far from the worst we have had and people should be cleared out by now. --71.98.xx.xxx
