Landlord has 21 days to return security deposit with an accounting if deposit is not returned in full. Make sure landlord has your new address.
Minnesota law requires payment of interest on security deposits. It's been 1% per year since 2003 (no compounding). So if your deposit was $1,000 and you have lived there one year you earned ten dollars. Enjoy! --75.73.xxx.xxx |
