State Specific Question About: NEW HAMPSHIRE (NH)

Dear Mr. Landlord:

My wife and I are about to submit a purchase and sale agreement on a small apartment building in the state of NH. We expect that this will be one of a small number in the coming months. We were hopeful that you could recommend a property management company that has adopted your "Mr. Landlord" principals. Please forward any information you feel would be valuable in our search for this property management company.

Thanks,

Gary Decker

Can you describe a Scope Of Work that you want this Property Manager to perform?

How will you evaluate whether or not this Manager can or cannot measure up to your Scope of Work?

If you hire a Manager, How will you evalute their ongoing performance? --96.239.xxx.xxx

Read your state laws inside out, forward and backwards - Oh Maine, home of the lead safe you must replace everything rules - do you have lead clearance on each unit before making offer?
