WHERE in Cobb County? The location IN Cobb matters a lot.
Are they all rented to self-sufficient, qualified tenants, or is it S8?
What is the condition of properties?
It sounds interesting and intriguing, but definitely the wrong side of town for me.

Says the same stuff -- including "Tax Assessed at $111,000". They must mean per-unit? Still weird way to put it.
