Just like paying rent, the court is the only one who can force the contract, hire a flat-fee eviction service, make 3 copies of the lease and any recent repair bills that would go to the tenant anyway and expect to pay 350-400 for both set-out and damage award cases, file for the writ as soon as the bench gives you possession. --76.241.xxx.x
